Holiday house on an extensive site, consisting of two fully-furnished apartments with several terraces
This house is in the Valdebek area, on the edge of a forested area in a quiet location. It is 200 metres to some shops, restaurants and a bus stop.
The small apartment of around 100m² also has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200cm). There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining space and a comfortable living room with a TV. There is a terrace with seating and a parasol in front of the apartment.
The holiday house with a total of 250m² of living space consists of two apartments. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, a living and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger apartment of a higher standard measures around 150m². It is situated somewhat higher than the other apartment and provides a big, open living room (70m²) with a comfortable sitting corner, a flatscreen TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One is 180cm wide and the other 200cm. The bedrooms are right above the other apartments. There is also a bathroom.
The garden has a new pool measuring 40m². You can prepare small meals in the summer kitchen. An awning provides shade and the terrace has ample seating. There is a little playground for children. Note that the site is fenced, but the entrance area is open.
The house is in a quiet area with little traffic. The beaches are about ten minutes away by car. Pula, Medulin and the airport are also only about a ten-minute drive away.
The house has four TVs with satellite channels. If there are more than eight guests, then there are also three sofa beds. Each apartment has its own washing machine.
