This apartment for four people is located in a former seaside hotel in Hindeloopen. It is situated in a prime location, just steps away from the IJsselmeer Lake. The apartment is located on the first floor. It is only accessible via a staircase which leads to the balcony. From the balcony you have access to the apartment. The living room also has an open kitchen (no dishwasher) as well as a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom with two single beds is located at the rear of the apartment. The apartment is simply furnished, but most guests choose this pleasant place, mainly because of its location. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the bank and in clear weather you can even see the IJsselmeer Lake. The charming village centre of Hindeloopen is within walking distance of the apartment. You can park your car right next to the Eekhof holiday park.
Hindeloopen is a lovely little harbour town known for its costume and artists. It is also one of the destinations on the famous 'Eleven Cities Tour'. The annual Skutsjesilen championship starts off the coast of Hindeloopen. You can walk on the bank, go on cycling trips or take a trip to one of the surrounding villages and towns such as Sneek. Many guests enjoy water sports such as windsurfing or kite surfing. You can also go kayaking along the bank and the beaches. There are many cosy cafes and restaurants around the old harbour.

    “Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, für unsere Zwecke gut geeignet. Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson.
    Alles Nötige vorhanden, auch mit Hund. Für größere Hunde nicht geeignet wegen der Holztreppe.
    Einziges Manko: Küche ohne Staumöglichkeit für Lebensmittel, nur kleinere Schränke für Geschirr.
    Daher 4 Sterne.”

    “Die Ausstattung war schlicht, aber ausreichend, die Lage super mit Meerblick von der Terasse, die Wohnung war sonst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Preisniveau war gut, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert,”

    Die Lage war sehr gut
    Bei der der Dusche war die warm und kalt Regelung sehr Mangelhaft und der Wasserdruck (Wassermenge) sehr gering.”

    “Einfache, aber ausreichende Ausstattung. Für uns perfekt gelegen mit Blick über den Ballon aufs Ijselmeer. Unser Hund war ebenfalls willkommen, auch wenn er dies ab und zu mit einem Knurren quittiert hat. Zur Wohnung führt eine steile Treppe, die unser Hund gut meisterte aber sicher nicht für jedes Tier gut ist.

    Das Meer liegt gerade einmal 100 Meter entfernt und da die Schafe gerade auf einer anderen Wiese waren, konnten wir unseren Hund auch am Strand frei laufen lassen. Offiziell herrscht allerdings Leinenpflicht.

    Die Verantwortlichen vor Ort waren sehr nett und immer für uns zu sprechen. Ein kleines Manko: wenn man vor Spinnen Angst hat, diese sind aufgrund der Bauweise und der natürlichen Umgebung immer wieder einmal da. Schützen dafür, aber auch vor den Mücken. Dies soll keine negative Bewertung für die Unterkunft sein, sondern nur der Information dienen.”
