Holiday flat with a patio and ocean views in a pedestrian only area

The Apartamentos are three storey buildings with spectacular views in Playa San Marcos in Icod de los Vinos on Tenerife. The building is located in a quiet, pedestrian only residential area near the Apartamentos Lourdes.

The apartment was renovated in the style of a loft; it sits at an elevation of about 60 meters. The living room boasts a flat screen television with satellite reception and is fully glass enclosed, which ensures spectacular views. The island in the kitchen enables you to prepare your meal while watching the sunset. There is a bathroom with a rain shower head, two toilets, a walk-in closet, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and ocean views. Wireless internet access is available. A heater is available upon request.

Outside, you will find a pergola, a bench and outdoor furniture. The apartment boasts a covered patio with a glass railing and views over the bay and the cliffs of Playa de San Marcos and the Atlantic Ocean.

The bus stop, where you can catch a bus to the beach (5 minutes) and Icod de los Vinos (10 minutes) is located there. The community with its picturesque alleyways and small shops is one of the most popular on the island. The parrot park in Puerto de la Cruz is only a 20 minute drive. It is about 40 minutes to the airport Tenerife North and 80 minutes to the southern airport. Busses which stop in the vicinity service the entire islands.
