The tastefully and comfortably furnished holiday apartment CIC314 has a terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the Brijuni archipelago. CIC312 and CIC313, each with two bedrooms and terraces, are located on the ground floor. Cool off on hot summer days in the pool with its marvellous sea view. The ideal starting point for excursions to the island of Brijuni is the fishing village of Faana, which is also home to many restaurants.

    “Aangenaam huisje, wij zaten op het gelijkvloers. Grote keuken, grote kamers, frisse woning - ruime badkamer maar eerder kleine douche. grote frigo. Vriendelijke eigenares, bedden van prima kwaliteit
    Wifi beperkt bruikbaar en traag als dat belangrijk is.
    Het terras ligt vooral in de schaduw maar als het heet is zoals bij ons is dat eerder pluspunt.
    Airco is ook aanwezig in living.”

    “Unsere Ferienwohnung (CIC312) im Erdgeschoß war für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder absolut ausreichend. Sehr schöner, gepflegter Pool und ein großer Garten aus dem wir uns Tomaten und Zucchini pflücken durften. Die Vermieter, ein älteres nettes Ehepaar, sind nett und hilfsbereit - Verständigung auf Englisch problemlos.

    Kritikpunkte: vom Geschirr sind wirklich immer nur je vier Teile vorhanden (genügend Spülmaschinentabs mitnehmen), am Pool fehlen Sonnenschirme und abends auf der Terrasse und in der Wohnung sind leider jede Menge Mücken gewesen.

    Fazit: Wir würden die Ferienwohnung immer wieder gerne buchen.”

    “Unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war sauber und für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Wohnung: 934219. Allerdings knappes Geschirr, also täglich Familien Gruppen Abwasch oder mehr Spülmaschinen Tabs mitnehmen. Das die 3 kleinen Hunde vom Eigentümer gelegentlich frei herumlaufen störte uns nicht, da wir selber einen haben. Garten groß und gepflegt, wir könnten uns täglich an den leckeren Feigen bedienen - die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen, wenn man etwas braucht oder benötigt. Der Pool ist ein Traum und selten groß. Absolut Top. Liegen ohne Auflagen vorhanden. Ein Grill steht zur Verfügung.”
