Holiday apartments with a garden and two barbecue areas, with a view of Lake Como

The property is located in a small village on a hill, about 3.5km from Domaso.

The house comprises two holiday apartments of very different sizes, both of which afford a beautiful view of Lake Como. The holiday apartment on the ground floor measures 30m², while that on the first floor measures 100m².

The shared outdoor area is laid out so that holiday guests can eat and relax in peace: one terrace is for use by guests from both holiday apartments, while adjoining the terrace there is a shared garden that nevertheless provides a variety of quiet, idyllic areas as retreats. There are three tables with benches in various places around the garden. There are also two barbecues, also in different places. Every apartment has its own private parking place for free.

In winter there is a supplementary charge for heating (see supplementary charges).

About 50 metres from the property there is a small grocery shop. Three kilometres away in Domaso there is a supermarket. A large supermarket (Ipermercato) and the “Fuentes” shopping centre are 15km away in the municipality of Colico. There is a restaurant-pizzeria 200 metres away, while in Domaso three kilometres away there are other restaurants and pizzerias with typical local dishes such as pizzocheri or fish from the lake.

Holiday apartment with a pellet stove and direct access to the terrace and garden

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and comprises a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. You will feel at home straight away in the rustic kitchen-living room, which represents the centrepiece of the apartment with its kitchen unit, dining table and sofa. A large window affords a view out towards greenery, while the pellet stove promises cosy evenings. As a nice surprise, a small cupboard converts quickly into a single bed for a third person. The kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. In the bathroom there is a small bath with a shower. Free wireless Internet access is also available.

You have your own section of the shared terrace directly in front of the holiday apartment, furnished with a table and two chairs. You also have direct access to the shared garden, where you can spend sociable grill evenings with a view of the lake. A private car parking space is provided.

    “Die Wohnung als solche ist klein, aber ausreichend.
    Leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.
    Die Ausstattung mit Kochgeschirr ist etwas sehr knapp bemessen.”

    “De accommodatie ligt in Vercana, een prachtig plaatsje in de bergen dat uitkijkt op Domaso en het Comomeer. Het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken wat je maar nodig hebt. De eigenaresse is Rosanna en is een lieve vrouw die alles netjes onderhoudt inclusief de tuin. Elke ochtend ontbijten met uitzicht over het Comomeer is magnifiek! Fijne bedden, rustig gelegen, gewoon erg goed en mooi. Rosanna heeft een kat genaamd Sisi die ook gezellig komt buurten. De tuin met uitzicht en het fijne appartement maakt het een topvakantie. In de omgeving is ook zeer veel moois te zien. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die twijfelen!”

    “Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche dort, wir waren vom ersten Augenblick an vollkommen Verliebt in dieses wunderschöne Anwesen! Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hatte alles was man braucht, die Küche war komplett mit allem ausgestattet das man super gut hat kochen können, das Bett war sehr bequem, das kleine Fenster wo angebracht wurde im Schlafzimmer ist ein super Hingucker und Detail fürs Auge, vor allem Gemütlichkeit in dieser kleinen Wohnung war herrlich. Die Terrasse und alles was dazu gehörte mit dem Wundervollen Blick auf denn See, ist ein Genuss fürs Auge, egal bei welchen Wetter! Sehr Hundefreundlich, sehr nette Vermieterin und sehr Hilfsbereit, auch die Nachbarin ein Herzens guter Mensch!
    Wir kommen gern wieder, freuen uns schon auf die nächste Buchung für nächstes Jahr ??”

    “Eine große Terasse und Garten mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Comersee, Ideal für Hund und Kinder um in Ruhe draußen sein zu können, zu grillen usw. Mein Hund war begeistert. Die kleine FeWo reicht gut für 2 Personen, tolle Warmwasser-Dusche, gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber.

    “Positiv: Knus huisje. Alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Negativ: 1 handdoek voor de hele week. Restaurant: Pizzeria il timone in Domaso - Pizza vlees vis voor ieder wat wils.
    Gezellig ruim restaurant.
    Vriendelijk personeel. Helaas te laat ontdekt.”
