The Baltic Sea beach is 250 metres away, the town centre 700 metres and it is just 500 metres to shops. There is a bus stop right nearby with connections to town 1km away, or else you can go on a pleasant walk there along the embankment.

The house the holiday apartment is in is on a quiet side street. The holiday apartment with its two terraces is in the interior courtyard and is absolutely quiet, without any parking or passing cars. The location is in the quiet outskirts near a nature reserve.

The bedroom and the living room open onto the terrace. The windows are fitted with electronic blinds. A parking space in the underground garage is included. The holiday apartment can be rented all year round and is also suitable for senior citizens, as there are no steps. There is a lift from the underground garage to the ground floor.

This holiday apartment in an apartment building measures 55m² and is fully furnished and equipped for four people. It provides a tasteful and comfortable interior and plenty of space. Satellite TV and a radio/CD player are provided, along with a fully-equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, kitchen rolls, washing up cloths and liquid, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. The kitchen space is open towards the living room. The third or fourth guest can sleep on a sofa bed in the living and dining room. The separate bedroom is furnished with a big double bed and has plenty of storage space for your clothing and a second TV. The apartment is fitted with central heating. The bathroom has a shower and a WC with toilet paper.

    “Sehr schöne Lage, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Positiv: Die Ruhe, die Lage der Wohnung, die Terasse nach hinter mit dem Rasen davor. Negativ: Etwas wenig Besteck/ Geschirr deswegen muss die Spülmaschine oft laufen. Die Spülmaschine ist sehr laut und läuft nicht automatisch weiter( defekt)
    Man hat wenig Mobilnetz ( wlanfrei war bekannt und störte nicht) Restaurant: Kürzer Mühle - Wunderschön gelegen auf einer Anhöhe. Super Essen, sehr nettes Personal Ausflüge: Die Aussichtsplattform Hoher Schönberg ( höchste Erhebung in der Region)Schwerin - Wunderschön angelegte Plattform mit Informationstafeln, wo was liegt rundherum”

    “Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Negativ: Die Wohnung ist vom Inventar etwas Überholungsbedürftig . Es gibt keinen Aussenparkplatz...man muss immer wieder in die Tiefgarage fahren.”
