Holiday house in a panoramic location in Solto Collina

This holiday house in a panoramic location is situated amidst greenery on a private site. This house with stone walls is a former barn.

The living space of the holiday house is on two floors. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people, and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and 10-litre freezer compartment, as well as a washing machine. The first floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a bath. A cot, a changing table, a plastic baby bath and a rucksack for hikes are available. The heating in the bedroom and the living room is by means of gas heating or a wood-burning stove and fireplace.

Outside there is a garden with a view of the lake (ca. 500 metres above sea level). There is an outdoor shower and outdoor toilet.

Late arrivals from 22.00 are possible (see supplementary charges).

It is about 1.5km to shops and public transport. The pebbled beach is about 3km from the house. You can go on a leisurely walk to the peak of the hill and San Defedente Church.

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar und hat auf sämtliche Nachfragen unmittelbar reagiert. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles so, wie man es sich wünscht.”
