This elegant vacation home is located in a park with olive trees and a large pool only about 200 meters from Lake Garda and 10 minutes walk from the small town of Padenghe. By means of a road underpass you can easily reach a nearby beach with restaurants and boat rental. For sporting activities, there is a riding school, a golf course and bike paths in the area. Your beautiful vacation home is spread over two floors: on the first floor there are three living rooms and a dining room with a fireplace made of natural stone, a kitchen, a guest toilet and an arbor with a grill. On the second floor there are four double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, three bathrooms. One of the double bedroom is equipped with private bathroom and sauna. The pool has whirlpool corner, counter-current and a changing room with bathroom. Outside the house is accessible laundry room. In the park there is a fenced green area with wooden shelter for your dog. Safe and covered parking available. Additional cleaning is also available upon request and payment on site. Lake Garda offers a variety of attractions in music, theater, oenogastronomy, sports and art, in addition to well-known amusement parks. A Tesla charging station is available. Arrival only 4 - 8 pm.
