Villa Can Ema is a stunning luxury property on a rocky plateau on the east coast of Mallorca. This architecturally impressive villa is south-east facing and provides beautiful sunrise light and plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The expansive terrace with sea views features an infinity pool, outdoor dining area and gas barbecue, all conveniently adjacent to the main living area. A shaded lounge area provides the perfect place to relax. Another highlight is the roof terrace with sun loungers, breathtaking sea views and a hot tub.

Access to the villa is from the top with a lift that transports guests from the car park to the open-plan main living area. The kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the dining and living area and offers views and easy access to the pool terrace through large sliding glass doors. The villa has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and small terraces with sea views, as well as additional living space in the basement with panoramic windows and two further double bedrooms. All sleeping areas are air-conditioned and the villa is equipped with heating, ensuring year-round comfort for a pleasant stay at Villa Can Ema.

The absolutely luxurious Villa Can Ema is located on the edge of the quiet coastal village of Canyamel in a prime location right by the sea and offers breathtaking 180-degree views. Canyamel offers several very good restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets for daily shopping. In addition, the medieval town of Artà and the bustling harbour of Cala Ratjada are just a few minutes' drive away.
