You may also be incredibly happy to have found such a versatile holiday home on Mallorca that offers plenty of special features for young and old. Casalloca lives up to its name. Countless orange trees accompany you on your way through the video-monitored gate to the house with its turret and free-standing stone arches. Privacy is a top priority here and the villa is fenced all around. There are two carport parking spaces in the entrance area and three outside. Comfortably furnished relaxation areas at the front and rear, lawns and mighty palm trees, with pool, sun loungers, daybeds and hidden seating areas make it easy to be together; peace and activity, sun and shade harmonise wonderfully. Table tennis, football goals, a swing - everything is there! Or can we tempt you with a freshly tapped cold beer straight from the pool bar? A 30-litre keg is ready for you. When it comes to barbecues in the garden, which is lit up at night, the outdoor kitchen (and of course the weekly market) has everything you need. And if the beautiful view of the countryside and mountains from below isn't enough, simply climb a few steps up to the surrounding balcony terrace.

What Casalloca has to offer on several floors and over 270 m² of living space is also amazing; it has been completely renovated, modernised and tastefully furnished. And of course it is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom as well as additional fans (there are mosquito nets in the wardrobe). Have you ever had a holiday home with its own billiard room on the ground floor? Or with a stylish Nolte kitchen that almost makes dreams come true with its cooking island and built-in appliances? An additional utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also connected to the kitchen. The living/dining area alone covers 40 m² with plenty of space for a corner sofa, fireplace, flat screen and long table; there is even a Playstation 3 and popular films for the whole family. The four rustically furnished and decorated guest rooms and first-class bathrooms with walk-in showers (two of them en-suite) are spread over all floors; if required, an extra bed can be booked in an extra room. A view of the garden and the Serra de Tramuntana, access to the balcony terrace, an individual TV, a private bathroom or not, are certainly decisive points when deciding who goes where in the three double or single rooms.

Would you like magical Mallorcan boots? No need to bring your heavy hiking boots, as you can buy the highly acclaimed Bestard mountain boots directly in Lloseta. You can also enjoy excellent food in the small, traditional town with its old town houses and numerous street cafés, such as the excellent Santi Taura Restaurante. Prehistoric sites and the Palau d'Aiamans, a famous private residence, are other attractions in the area. All are easily accessible via the Ma-2113, which you may be able to hear depending on the wind direction. Leather goods can also be found in the relaxed shopping district of Inca, a lively town also known for its rustic wine cellar pubs. In Sineu and Costitx you will find narrow medieval streets, a famous weekly market, speciality shops and the only observatory in Mallorca. And last but not least, don't forget to visit some of the region's excellent wineries and take your favourite wine with you to enjoy on the terrace of the villa. After all, it doesn't always have to be draught beer... At the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, in peaceful countryside, just a few minutes' walk from the village of Biniamar, the spacious holiday villa Casalloca offers you a relaxing paradise with a large orchard, pool and many extras. Just 4 km away is Inca, famous for its leather and wine production, where you will find one of the largest weekly markets on the island as well as numerous shops and restaurants. The extensive beaches of the bay of Alcúdia are about half an hour away but well worth it!
