The semi-detached house Sa Rapita Paradise welcomes its guests in the urban holiday home development of S'Estanyol. Only approx. 280 m from the sea, both other individual holidaymakers and locals are your neighbours here. The house will appeal primarily to families and holiday groups who, in addition to comfort, also value good infrastructure connections and proximity to beaches for their stay on the island. Children and teenagers can let off steam in a park with a playground and football pitch directly opposite, while parents can watch the hustle and bustle in peace and quiet over a coffee on the small terrace directly in front of the holiday home. Young and old can cool off either in the nearby sea or in the 5 x 3 metre private pool behind the house. A fantastic sun terrace, which can be shaded as desired with the help of the awning, also invites you to chill out. Breakfast or other meals here with a view of the shimmering turquoise pool and a cool drink in your hand also turn into little holiday celebrations.

With a living space of 130 m², the house is designed for up to six people and two babies. In addition to a large living room and an open-plan kitchen, guests have three bedrooms and two bathrooms at their disposal. The spacious rooms are bright and flooded with light. The living room with its large window front is the main area for spending time indoors. The centrepiece here is a very cosy sofa set and right next door is the fully equipped kitchen, where preparing meals together is particularly enjoyable. If you are travelling as a family, the bathroom situation is made more relaxed by the two chic and modern bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling walk-in showers. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, another bedroom has two single beds and in the children's room, little holidaymakers will feel right at home in their bunk beds, even at night.

S'Estanyol, a small fishing village on the south coast of Mallorca, is far away from mass tourism and yet is a good starting point for exploring the island in many different ways. Close to a nature reserve, Ses Covetes and the natural beach of Es Trenc are two of the most beautiful beaches almost on the doorstep. The Racó de S'Arena beach is more individual and quieter and can be easily reached on foot, even in high season. Between the yacht clubs of S'Estanyol and Sa Ràpita, there are ideal conditions for those who prefer to be in and around the water. The south of Mallorca is also ideal for hiking, horse riding and cycling. In the evening, you can dine with a sea view in one of the numerous coastal restaurants in the area and enjoy the most beautiful time of year: the holidays! The semi-detached house Sa Rapita Paradise is located in the middle of the holiday home area of S'Estanyol and directly opposite a small park with a playground and football pitch. The sea, the harbour and good coastal restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping for daily needs can be done in nearby Sa Ràpita. The attractive Platja de Sa Ràpita is only 1.2 km away and other great beaches, e.g. Ses Covetes and Es Trenc, are also within easy reach.
