This traditional little villa Son Brindis is located right next to a large orange grove. The owners of this villa, a charming Mallorcan couple who take care of everything, are delighted when you help yourself to the oranges and pick them directly from the trees. This rustic stone villa is located on a secluded estate in the centre of the Plà de Mallorca, the fertile central plain. The house has a beautiful outdoor area laid out with natural stone and lush plants. There are some fantastic covered seating areas, such as the great outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and rustic wooden table. The clay tiles on the outside kitchen wall and the open fireplace create a rustic ambience for a cosy barbecue evening. Right next to the outdoor kitchen you will find a separate, child-friendly pool area with sun terrace and sunbathing lawn. After a refreshing swim, you can relax under the bamboo umbrellas between the tall trees or enjoy a good book in the hammock stretched between the trees. A swing on one of the tall trees is not just for children. Under one of the bamboo-covered squares is a table tennis table for socialising between young and old. A path through the gravelled area leads you from the pool area directly to the house. The covered terrace by the house offers a large outdoor dining area including a bench integrated into the wall of the building as well as a wooden table and chairs. In the other corner of the covered terrace there is a relaxing sofa area, a lovely little place to enjoy a glass of red wine at sunset.

The covered terrace leads to the graceful interior of this villa. The lovingly designed interior of the rustic garden house is very cosy and inviting. A large open-plan room contains all the areas for communal use. A lovely sofa and TV corner with a beautiful cast-iron fireplace fits in just as well as the dining area with comfortable wicker chairs. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is slightly separated from the living area by a natural stone counter with two bar stools. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Behind the kitchen you will find one of the three bedrooms and a bathroom. To the left of the large living area is a long corridor with two further bedrooms and another bathroom. The cosy bedrooms each have a double bed and the third has two single beds. The use of warm colours such as hazelnut brown floor tiles and natural stone tiles in the modern bathrooms, exposed wooden beams, wooden windows and honey-coloured doors round off the family-friendly image of this small and lovingly designed villa, which we can offer you at a great price.

As the villa is close to the road that leads from Inca to Llubi, both towns are within easy reach. Llubi can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. Even if Llubi, with its 2,300 inhabitants, may seem a little sleepy, it is definitely an authentic island village with its narrow streets and small gardens. Many of the houses were built in the traditional style. If you want to enjoy the rural atmosphere, take a stroll through the picturesque alleyways and paths and leave everyday life behind you. The town of Inca can be reached in 10 minutes by hire car. Inca, one of the larger towns in the centre of the island, has a long tradition of leather craftsmanship and some well-known shoe brands originate from here. It is an excellent place to shop, and not just for shoes. Thanks to the good transport links, the sandy beaches on the north-east coast are easy to reach. You can visit the more touristy Can Picafort with its many bars and restaurants along the promenade, but also a somewhat quieter part with dune landscapes, both of which are only around 25 minutes away by car. Can Picafort is just one of the beaches along the 17 km long Bahiá de Alcúdia (Bay of Alcúdia). Here, in the pretty Villa Son Brindis, you can enjoy a holiday in an idyllic, rural setting, yet all the beaches, towns and other attractions of this popular island are within easy reach.
