Welcome to the stunning finca-style property Can Farineta, set on a 30,000 m² plot in a beautiful, secluded part of the island. Thanks to the overall layout of the garden and the lovingly restored house, it is a dignified and authentic testimony to Mallorcan history. The beautifully landscaped garden alone, with its numerous and well-placed seating areas, conveys a feeling of security, surrounded by tall palm trees, old olive trees and enchanting cypresses. Everything here has grown naturally and has been lovingly tended and cared for. On one side of the building, a fantastic outdoor area has been created under the tiled roof next to the preserved dry stone wall. This is the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts who like to spend their holidays outside and around the barbecue. A long wooden table provides a wonderfully sheltered dining area. Next to it, the outdoor kitchen area with brick barbecue creates the perfect holiday atmosphere. Although the pool is unmistakably a practical modern achievement, it does not detract from the harmonious sense of tradition that goes hand in hand with the old dry stone villa. The 50 m² pool, which is located right next to the outdoor kitchen area, is not only pleasantly refreshing, but also offers the opportunity to exercise and stay active. Sun loungers and a parasol are available if you want to relax in the shade. As you approach the elegant house, it's hard not to come across interesting details, such as the stone bench at the side of the house, which looks as if it has been carved directly into the stone wall itself. The original wine barrel, which stands next to the entrance to the covered area with an open fireplace, is also particularly quaint - here you can enjoy sumptuous Mallorcan wine in the Mediterranean sunshine.

As you enter the old stone walls of the house, you arrive in a spacious entrance hall. There is an almost unique symbiosis in this house: combining the charming tradition of an old farmhouse with a decidedly modern interior that matches the country house style and also meets the requirements of discerning holidaymakers. The rough stone walls are exposed in many places and the massive wooden beams, which have always been part of the house, are still visible today. A beautiful living room blends in very gracefully, with dark brown leather sofas and unusual rocking chairs whose armrests imitate pieces of wood set into the wall that originally served as food containers. The adjoining dining room exudes an equally inviting, cosy atmosphere and is the perfect place to simply sit back and make yourself comfortable. A long dining table with seemingly simple bench seating conveys the atmosphere of a humble country cottage style, yet is at the same time of excellent design, with a modern farmhouse look that could have been taken straight from the pages of an interior design magazine. In the spacious, open-plan kitchen, the wall tiles, painted in a blue and white pattern typical of Mallorca, immediately catch the eye, as do the painted cupboards with their wooden doors. These traditional features are complemented by a range of luxurious amenities such as the stainless steel fridge-freezer, the stylish new cooker with gas hobs, the dishwasher and many other items that any 21st century villa holidaymaker with a keen interest in self-catering would find essential. There are simple, uncomplicated benches by an open fireplace, a quaint little room where two people can spend time together, but which is also large enough for a group to relax together. The four bedrooms and their exceptionally beautiful bedsteads are all furnished in a completely unique style. We are sure that you will enjoy a deep, restful sleep in a relaxed atmosphere in one of our rooms. There is a double room on the ground floor. A further double room and two single rooms are located on the upper floor. The yellow shower/bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom has a free-standing bath. Both bathrooms are very modern and equipped with high-quality furniture.

The rustic Villa Can Farineta is a stunningly beautiful finca-style property with a beautiful garden area, located near the small coastal village of Ses Covetes. It is a great place to do your shopping. Alternatively, you can also drive to the village of Ses Salines, which you can reach just as quickly and where a farmers' market is held every Thursday. The stunning beach of Ses Covetes is just a few kilometres away, as is the simply magnificent natural beach of Es Trenc.
