A long, long time ago, Villa Los Naranjos de S'Estable stood where Villa Los Naranjos de S'Estable stands today. What sounds like an altered beginning to the Christmas story is in fact your first encounter with a holiday home that looks back on a long history of picture-book holidays. The now completely renovated, extremely attractive outdoor area welcomes you with a colourful variety of trees, palms and shrubs. Thanks to the mild climate, you can swim a few relaxing laps in the oval pool at any time of year before taking a well-earned nap under the straw parasol and topping up your skin's vitamin D levels. There is also an outdoor kitchen on the property, which is handy for serving a snack. Your green oasis offers much more than a place where you can enjoy a meal together and talk about the best experiences of your Mallorcan day - how about the spacious covered terrace or the dining table in the outbuilding? A marble bust here constantly carries a basket full of plants - fortunately, in this villa you can treat yourself to an extensive break from such endeavours.

The well-equipped interior also contributes to this. The living room with its open-plan kitchen exudes the cosy charm of authentic Mallorcan furnishings. You can enjoy the crackling open fire on the stately upholstered furniture or treat yourself to a film on the flat-screen TV. Or perhaps you speak good Spanish and one of the titles from the various bookshelves speaks to you. As is customary in Spanish homes, a casual bar separates the living and kitchen areas. Here you have plenty of space to conjure up more complex dishes and also create wonderful memories of your days on Mallorca for your palate. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms, practically furnished and ideal for a restful night's sleep. A staircase leads from the dining room to the top floor. This also has a living and kitchen area, so this villa allows your group a high degree of self-catering. From here you can access the spacious balcony, from where you can enjoy the green surroundings to the full. A further bedroom with adjoining bathroom completes this floor. Two bathtubs ensure that you can spend peaceful moments of well-being in this villa.

The northern Mallorcan town of Muro is just 5 km from the cosy villa Los naranjos de S'Estable. You can stock up on all the island's delicacies at the market or, if you want to leave your hire car behind, you can take the train to the island's capital quickly and conveniently. In Muro, you also have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the original style of an island flâneur, including a cortado in the morning if you crave some urban vibrancy as a change from rural paradise - the traffic noise can only be heard in the distance from the villa, depending on the wind direction. The former fishing village of Can Picafort, a good 17 km away, has managed to retain its original charm and at the same time offers plenty of variety with its bars, boutiques and nightclubs. A visit to the S'Albufera nature reserve, 18 kilometres away, can be perfectly combined with a hike. You can spend a first-class day at the beach in the bay of Alcúdia (23 km) or at the beach of San Bauló (20 km). The completely renovated villa Los naranjos de SEstable looks back on a long history in the northern mountain delta near the cute village of Muro. This gem of a villa offers you a wonderful rural location to relax, combined with lovely towns for shopping and feel-good beaches such as the long, expansive Playa de Muro beach 18 km away, where you can enjoy a 5 km stretch of beach with shallow entry into the sea.
