The 85 m² holiday home combines modern design with high-quality furnishings: the concept, which is specially tailored to holidaymakers with high standards, impresses with large windows that let in plenty of light, bright colours and an inviting feel-good atmosphere. The open-plan living and dining area with a large panoramic glass façade is furnished with a cosy sofa area, a flat-screen TV and a glass dining table. On hot days, air conditioning regulates the temperature in all rooms of the apartment. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is a bar with lounge stools where you can comfortably enjoy your first coffee in the morning. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with extractor bonnet, oven, microwave and a spacious fridge. At the back of the apartment you will find the three bedrooms, also decorated in light colours. Two rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. One of the rooms has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two rooms share a modern, daylight-flooded bathroom.
Your holiday home is located directly in the popular holiday resort of Can Picafort, a former fishing village in the north of the island. During the day, the town still has a cosy atmosphere. It is only when the sun slowly sinks into the sea that the striking little town awakens and spreads an unexpected vibrancy. Thanks to its central location, the road and harbour traffic is easy to hear and you benefit from pleasantly short travel distances to various destinations. Visit one of the many restaurants serving local cuisine or round off the evening with a drink in one of the bars or clubs on the seafront promenade.
