Sa Marila, a refreshing new villa, welcomes you and is sure to impress you (and us) with its typically Mallorcan, rustic appearance combined with state-of-the-art facilities. For these reasons, we are delighted to have this lovely home in our portfolio for your enjoyment. At first glance, you will be captivated by this low, quarry stone villa with its light grey shutters and sandstone arches above the floor-to-ceiling entrance doors. The house is set in a garden plot with numerous trees. The very flat surroundings create a pleasant feeling of space and tranquillity. Next to the garden, by the house, there is a lovely pool of varying depths and a low staircase with several steps. At the side of the house you will find what we consider to be an absolute highlight: a hot tub. The pool area is surrounded by a sun terrace with 12 comfortable aluminium sun loungers and 3 parasols where you can relax, read or simply sunbathe. The sun terrace extends directly to the covered terrace by the house. As this extends the entire length of the house, there is enough space for an outdoor dining area with a long table and comfortable polyrattan chairs.

You enter the house through large wooden and glass doors into a hallway. At first glance, we are very pleasantly surprised by the truly modern interior. Smooth plastered white walls harmonise with the terracotta-coloured floor tiles throughout the building. The communal covered living area is a large and skilfully designed space for everyone to enjoy. From the living area you also have access to the terrace. Two comfortable sofas in front of the large LCD TV invite you to spend an evening watching television. The dining area with its stylish white dining table and elegant leather armchairs with high backrests is located between the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen units are located directly in the dining area and offer plenty of space thanks to their U-shaped layout. The U-shaped layout makes the dining area stand out a little from the rest of the house. The white fitted kitchen offers all the necessary equipment you won't want to do without on holiday: Dishwasher, multi-burner gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and much more. This makes cooking alone a real pleasure, even in larger groups. The layout of the bedrooms is also practical for larger holiday groups. All six double rooms are equipped with two single beds that can be pushed together. Each of the chic hotel beds with white buttoned upholstered backs measures 1.8 x 2 metres. The rooms are wonderfully bright, decorated in a soft blue-grey and with a wall in contrasting colours. Each bedroom has a modern, white bathroom. This makes the villa a particularly suitable property for larger groups, as the en-suite bathrooms guarantee a sense of privacy at all times. Pets are also particularly welcome here.

The hospitable Villa Sa Marila is situated in a beautiful secluded location in the east of the island at the gateway to Ariany. Ariany is a small and pretty town with seven windmills in the surrounding countryside. As it is centrally located in the east of Mallorca, the larger holiday resorts such as Petra are easily accessible by car. Petra, with its golden stone houses, is like a place that has escaped the hustle and bustle. Be sure to visit the weekly market and the small bars, cafés and restaurants in this tranquil town, which has developed a good infrastructure while still retaining its tranquillity. The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays in Plaça Ramon Llull and offers local produce for preparing your own meals. Enjoy relaxing evenings by the pool or sit on the pretty covered terrace and savour a glass of wine from Petra, which has been known for its quality wine production since 1993. The villa is located off the main road that connects Manacor with Can Picafort via Petra. Ariany and Santa Margalida. The latter beach is located in the centre of the bay of Alcúdia, which has many beautiful sandy beaches with various bathing options.
