In terms of value for money, this charming farmhouse, which stands on a lush plot of land in the middle of the flat countryside north of the small town of Ariany, is a real hit. From here you can enjoy a panoramic view that is simply fantastic. In the immediate vicinity is the Son Sivrane farmhouse, which is also part of our programme and whose picturesque mill you can see from the house.

The exterior of this house is characterised by various beautiful outdoor seating areas. On the ground floor there is an inviting covered terrace, which exudes a very cosy Mediterranean flair with its brick-built and lovingly painted benches and matching table. Another outdoor seating area paved with natural stone is located near the sun terrace of the swimming pool. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the open air on tasteful garden furniture as the mood takes you. Or even on warm evenings, while you sip a drink and gaze up at the starry sky to experience the perfect day on holiday. The tall palm tree and small fountain create an idyllic ambience. A total of 10 outdoor seating areas are available. The huge balcony on the first floor, also accessible via an external staircase, offers plenty of space to relax with a magnificent view. If you want to sunbathe by the 18 m² pool, you can do so on one of the many sun loungers provided. A parasol is of course also available. The pool is easily accessible via steps and has a depth of 1.50 metres. The covered terrace seating area leads directly into the open-plan living/dining area. Two chic, light-coloured sofas are conveniently positioned close to the fireplace and TV. So you can relax by the fire or TV in the evening or simply read a good book. The high ceiling, the clarity of the shapes and the well-balanced variety of colours give this part of the house a very cosy atmosphere. Right next to it is a small, round dining table with four chairs, and there is further seating at the counter, which elegantly separates the small, bright kitchen area. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher and large fridge. Without a lot of frills, these rooms impress with their clarity and lots of white, combined with contrasting colour accents. Two 0.9 x 2 metre beds are combined. The three bathrooms are spacious and contemporary with attractive wall and floor tiles and aesthetically pleasing fittings. An additional living area with six comfortable seats allows holidaymakers travelling with several couples or families in particular to spread out comfortably in the house and retreat undisturbed if necessary.

The nearby village of Ariany with its golden-brown stone houses is reminiscent of a dreamy town far away from the hustle and bustle. Experience the weekly market, the small bars, cafés and restaurants of this town, which has developed a good infrastructure despite its tranquillity. The beaches of Can Picafort, Son Baulo and Playa de Muro are all between 18 and 21 kilometres from the house. The panoramic farmhouse Campas is located in the municipality of Ariany in the east of the island and is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. You can do your daily shopping in the town of Ariany, just seven kilometres away. The beautiful natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina is just a 20-minute drive from the farmhouse.
