"Sa Barca" is a traditional, charming holiday home surrounded by beautiful terraces and has been renovated to provide a simple but welcoming retreat.

The roof has been transformed into a spectacular roof terrace offering stunning views of the lagoon that stretches out in front. Below, the terraces lead directly to the sea, where the crystal-clear water reveals a sandy seabed and schools of small fish. Snorkelling in Cala Santanyí is an absolute must, as there is plenty to discover along the cliffs.

The villa is located at the foot of a larger estate on a hillside surrounded by pine and palm trees. Accessed via a staircase from the street above, you first reach the roof terrace and then continue down to the ground floor, where a cosy living and dining area opens up into the kitchen and sleeping area. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The villa's third bedroom is small but a practical addition depending on the group. "Sa Barca" retains its rustic, unpretentious charm, with a design that blends seamlessly into the natural landscape. Its incredible seafront location is its greatest treasure, offering you a true Mediterranean retreat.

This former fisherman's home, enchantingly located right on Cala Santanyí, is called "Sa Barca" and has private access to the turquoise-coloured, sandy lagoon right in front of it. It is located at the foot of an 800 m² plot of land covered in pine and palm trees. From here you can actually swim to the sandy beach. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.
