This holiday home is situated in a quiet, village-like location, only approx. 1 km from Lake Fleesensee, on a fully fenced plot of approx. 650 m². The beautiful shallow beach on the lake is approx. 15-20 minutes' walk away, as are a restaurant and a mini-market. Further shopping and catering facilities can be found in Malchow (approx. 5 km).
In total, the three (separately rented) very tastefully furnished non-smoking flats with separate entrances offer space for up to 16 people (including 2 babies), ideal for a family holiday for several generations.
This approx. 75 m², centrally heated, disabled-friendly apartment for up to 4 adults and 1 baby is on the ground floor and has an entrance with a ramp. It has a large living room (sofa, flat-screen TV, radio, CD/DVD player) with open-plan kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances, children's high chair), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x cot, 1 x two single beds), a large bathroom (shower, WC, underfloor heating, washing machine, hairdryer), a small hallway, insect screens on the windows and a covered, furnished terrace.
Sufficient parking spaces, covered and furnished terraces and seating areas with barbecue, sun loungers, bicycle storage, WLAN and a playground with trampoline, sandpit, swing and children's car park are available for all guests.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy costs.
The small community of Silz is located on the northern shore of Lake Fleesensee and in the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park. The wooded, slightly hilly region offers ideal conditions for hikers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts. The Fleesensee, 1.5 km away, is particularly suitable for a swimming holiday with children thanks to its shallow shore area. There are also sports and play facilities, a mini-market and a restaurant. Further restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and boat or bike hire can be found in the island town of Malchow, approx. 5 km away. The town is surrounded by the Malchower and Fleesensee lakes and is particularly famous for its historic swing bridge and monastery church. Other attractions include the shipping companies, a summer toboggan run and a monkey forest just outside the town. Wellness, sports and golf facilities in the nearby holiday resort of Land Fleesensee round off the tourist offer.
