The modern Villa Lotta offers you a relaxing vacation in the midst of untouched nature. The villa is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. Look for refreshment in the 21 m² swimming pool during the summer heat. By the pool there is a covered area with a dining table and barbecue, ideal for unforgettable gatherings and enjoying prepared traditional Istrian dishes. Our youngest guests can have fun in the children's playground. Near the children's playground there is a table and chairs in the natural shade for drinking coffee or refreshing drinks in the afternoon. Spend time outdoors playing badminton or volleyball. The interior of the villa is full of natural light and all rooms are located on the first floor of the house. In the open space of the villa there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen in a modern design and a dining room where you can enjoy the Istrian atmosphere. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a view of the pool and the Brgod countryside. The second room has two beds. All rooms have a TV and air conditioning. The second bathroom and a separate laundry room are also located on the first floor of the house.
