Welcome to Østby and this vacation home in beautiful, natural surroundings. The house has a warm and cozy atmosphere and here you can, far from noise and bustle, come back to rest. Relax with a good book in the armchair at the large window front or have fun at the long dining table with a fun game night. In the morning you can go for a run through the forest and return refreshed for a delicious breakfast together.

Trysil is a wonderful vacation destination all year round. In summer the place offers a climbing park and an adventure park, a golf course and perfect conditions for cycling. You don't have to go far to find an abundance of activities. Fulufjellet National Park and the family-friendly ski resort, Fulufjellet Alpinsenter, are also not far away. On a hot summer day, you can go swimming in Gjetsjøen between Østby and Trysil, and you can also enjoy a wonderful swim in the Ljøra River, an eldorado for anglers and an excellent place for canoeing. The Klar River is also recommended as well as a hike up the mountain, Granfjellstøten. In winter you will find, among other things, 69 slopes, 32 lifts, more snow parks and child-friendly areas, and the cross-country ski trails are right outside the door.
