Villa Livia is located in a small and quiet village called Sovinjak in central Istria. The villa can accommodate 8 adults and 1 child.
In the beautiful villa tastefully decorated with wooden beams, there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a beautiful living room with attached kitchen and dining area. The ground floor has access to the pool, charming green garden and cosy dining area. Here you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy a glass of good Istrian wine. The large private pool 40 m2 is exclusively for your use during your stay in this beautiful villa. From the terrace on the upper floor you can enjoy the marvellous view of the surroundings. Villa Livia has a beautiful garden surrounding the villa. Here you can enjoy the sun on comfortable sun loungers. This villa offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the 21st century, yet is good as a base from which to visit all the delights that Istria has to offer. Youth groups are not allowed.
Villa Livia is located in a small and quiet village called Sovinjak just outside Buhet in central Istria. Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Today, Buzet is widely known as the "town of truffles", as the forests along the Mirna River are particularly rich in these divine tubers. The town, with its cultural and historical monuments, along with healthy, home-made food (especially home-grown ingredients and the highly prized white truffle), exquisite local wines, folklore (old music - sounds and dances - balun, legends of citadels) and pearls of small towns on sculpted hills (Motovun, Roc, Hum, Vrh and Sovinjak) attract tourists every year. During your stay in Istria, do not miss to taste and enjoy the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialities: Truffles, olive oil, Istrian oxen bokarin, prosciutto, fish.
