Villa Elvira's dream is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation! The villa is located in the town of Novalja on the island of Pag in an excellent private location very close to the sea. The well-kept, fully fenced 6000 m2 property offers various sports facilities such as mini golf, mini soccer, basketball, tennis and volleyball - a paradise for sports enthusiasts! However, if peace and relaxation are more important to you, you can spend your time at the pool area and enjoy the breathtaking sea view. There are sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor shower. Right next to it is a covered terrace with a dining area, barbecue and table tennis table. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for a vacation with the whole family or for groups of friends. Your pet is of course also very welcome! The living space is 330 m2 and is divided over three floors. The first thing you will notice is the stylish interior and the cozy atmosphere in which you can only feel at home. In the basement there is a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a small gym, a sauna and a pool table. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with fireplace, a separate toilet and the master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, TV, private en suite bathroom and access to the terrace. On the 1st floor there are three further comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, TV and its own en suite bathroom. The Croatian island of Pag is located on the Adriatic Sea north of Zadar. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge. There are countless small villages on the island. The second largest town is Novalja. In the town museum you can see the fascinating archaeological finds with traces of ancient life on the island. The island offers beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes, clubs and sports and leisure activities. The island is famous for Pag cheese, the best lamb, Pag lace and the historic soline. Pag cheese is made from the milk of autochthonous Pag sheep. It gets its special aroma from the island's herbs, which are on the menu of the local sheep. The island is the perfect starting point for discovering other places. There are numerous national parks nearby, such as the Krka National Park, the Northern Velebit National Park, the Paklenica National Park and the Plitvica Lakes.
