Villa Gramper is a charming traditionally built stone villa in Istrian style with the recognisable blue shutters. It is located in a small village and is just the right place for your peaceful and relaxing holiday :)
The traditional Istrian style is combined with a lovingly decorated interior that offers all the necessary modern amenities in a homely atmosphere to fulfil all your needs. Villa Gramper can accommodate a maximum of 6 + 2 people and has 3 individually decorated, comfortable double bedrooms and an additional single bed in one of the rooms. The ground floor has a comfortable open-plan living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen for your needs. One of the bedrooms is also located on the ground floor as well as a bathroom. The 1st floor has the remaining 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely terrace. Here you can enjoy the view of the pool and the serene Istrian landscape :)
Besides the refreshing private pool, the exterior of Villa Gramper also offers a beautiful green garden and a shaded outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your family meals prepared on the barbecue. The villa offers shaded parking for 3 cars and is equipped with WiFi.
The surroundings of the Istrian countryside will enchant you and offer you a place where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
However, as the villa is also only a short drive away from popular tourist spots, it offers you the opportunity to try out local restaurants and sightseeing. Just the right combination for your unforgettable holiday don't you think :)Villa Gramper is located in the small village of Kastelir, which is ideal if you want to explore Istria! The villa is only 13 kilometres away from Porec, which is well worth a visit. One of the town's landmarks is the Euphrasian Basilica, which was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997. The basilica is located in the city centre and small picturesque streets leading to it will enchant you. Porec is also known for its good restaurants. We therefore recommend taking a break so that you can sample some of the specialities of this area. If you are more interested in central Istria, then Motovun is the place for you! Only half an hour's drive from the villa, Motovun is the right choice for a day trip. Visit the old town centre and the city walls, drink a glass of Malvasia or Teran and enjoy the view of the valley in front of you. Situated in a typical Istrian landscape, Villa Gramper is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
