Villa Ostone is located in a quieter part of Pula, only 2.5 km from the first beach and the city center. This beautiful two-storey family villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens and can accommodate 10+1 persons.
The villa offers an excellent opportunity to spend an eventful day playing billiards or table tennis or enjoying the private pool and relaxing on the sun loungers.
The first floor offers a beautifully furnished living area with TV and direct access to the pool as well as a kitchen, dining area, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the second floor are the other three elegant bedrooms, a bathroom and a smaller kitchen.
The third bathroom is located in the same area as the table tennis table and billiards. In addition to the private pool, the outdoor area also offers a covered dining table for 12 people with a stone barbecue where you can spend your evenings or enjoy your lunch during the day.
A big plus is that all amenities such as a grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. Villa Ostone is located about 2 kilometers from the city center of Pula - an ancient city, rich in culture and historical monuments and today also the largest city in Istria. The city experienced its heyday under Roman rule, but it took until the Venetian rule year for Pula to develop into one of the most important control centers of the Adriatic. The port in Pula is still considered one of the most important ports in the region today. Sports enthusiasts and adventure lovers benefit from a variety of summer and water activities on the coast such as windsurfing, diving and sailing. Pula offers a wide range of sports facilities, nightclubs, restaurants and pubs. Be sure to visit the Roman amphitheater, known to the people of Pula as the Arena, and take a trip to the beautiful Brijuni National Park and Cape Kamenjak.
