In addition to the bedrooms, a spacious living room and two generous terraces, you can enjoy the nice few over the lake.

This vacation apartment extends over two floors with a large kitchen.
If you are renting to 2 to 4 people, the first floor alone is at your disposal.
The apartments on the first floor and top floor are rented out. The tenant (ground floor) works full-time, but is available to answer your questions in the evenings and at weekends.
With any booking a deposot of 300€ is required. We will refund the deposit after satisfactory handover. So we ask you to leave the flat just as you found it.
If you arrive with a dog, a deposit of 100€ is required. This will be refunded after inspection of the garden and the apartment. If you leave the property clean, the deposit will be refunded immediately.
The Erlebnis Card is included in our offer and will be made available to you on arrival.
