In the small village of Tar, located in the proximity of the city of Poreč, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula lies the lovely villa Torre II. With numerous entertainment possibilities at arm’s reach, this rustic villa is the ideal choice for family and friends in the most visited Istrian summer resort.

Villa Torre II provides accommodation for 6 guests in three airy, air-conditioned bedrooms, while two additional guests have a comfortable sofa bed available. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms with bathroom are located on the upper floor of the villa, while the third bedroom with a bathroom and separate toilet is conveniently located on the sun-soaked ground floor. The nicely arranged open-plan ground floor also consists of a lobby, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room equipped with SAT TV and stereo. The rustic and minimalist details are perfectly combined in decorating the interior of the villa Torre II creating a comfortable living space, while the beauty of the exterior is accentuated by the eye-catching blue blinds.

The 650 m2 large garden, fully enclosed with a 170 cm high hedge, features a nice swimming pool (24m2) for those in search of daily refreshment, sun-loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor dining table and a large charcoal barbecue. The villa's offer includes 2 private parking spaces.
