In the town of Sukošan is located a fully fenced villa Gemella, only 50 m away from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach 'Children's Paradise'. This modernly decorated and beautifully built villa with its 550 m2 area offers accommodation for 8 guests who will surely enjoy its charms and relax to the maximum in the comfort that Villa Gemella offers.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a luxury living room with two sofas, armchair, coffee table and TV. Next to it is a beautiful kitchen where you can cook your favourite specialties with family or friends, and is equipped with cooking utensils, dishwasher and coffee maker. The dining room has a large wooden table ideal for eight people.

One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor of the villa and the other three rooms are located upstairs. All rooms are equipped with TV and luxurious ensuite bathrooms with showers, and those located on the first floor have access to balconies from which you can enjoy the beauties of the town of Sukošan.

In the beautifully landscaped yard there is a heating pool of 32 m2, which is illuminated at night, and next to it there are 5 sun loungers so you can fully indulge in sunbathing, swimming and enjoying. In the yard there is also, next to the pool, a terrace with an outdoor table for eight people and a fireplace on coal / wood, and a green lawn. The outdoor sofa with a coffee table is ideal for drinking coffee during the day, or for spending the night with your family.

Younger groups are allowed by prior arrangement. If you come with children, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal.

Villa Gemella has two private parking spaces.

The villa is rented all year round and is especially beautiful at night when it is fully lit. This truly special oasis of peace will enchant you with its simplicity and in combination with the impressive environment in which Villa Gemella is located, a true holiday will be possible for both you and your family.

The biggest festival of the town of Sukošan is the feast of St. Cassian, held August 13th. Concerts and other entertainment programs are held in Sukošan, such as football and indoor soccer, basketball, beach volleyball, and bowling, which is the most famous game in Dalmatian places, as well as in Sukošan, which will surely delight both children and adults.

The town of Sukošan itself is full of social events during the summer months, and on the beautiful beaches you can enjoy swimming or adrenaline sports at sea. The entertainment that is offered to you is also cycling, fishing, horseback riding, diving and wine tours. If you want to enjoy a week of absolute privacy but still be close to major cities and beautiful beaches, Villa Gemella is the perfect choice for you!
