Auf der 8000qm großen abgeschlossenen Finca in grünen Nordwesten Teneriffas in der Gemeinde Los Silos liegt die außergewöhnliche und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich gleich unterhalb der Wohnung.

Es gibt einen Samsung-Flachbildfernseher 55`` NeoQLED ultraHD 8K Quantum mit Internetanschluss und Netzprogrammen wie Netflix etc. sowie Bluetooth...

Von der Vorderseite hat man einen tollen Blick über Bananenplantagen bis zum Meer, das Ganze aus Panoramafenstern von allen Räumen aus. Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einer Höhe von knapp 150 Meter über dem Atlantik. Überall sind Dachfenster, bei Nacht kann man sogar vom Bett aus die Sterne zählen...

Zum Haus gehören eine ca. 12qm große Terrasse mit Möbeln und ein ca. 40qm Garten zum Sonnenbaden.

Die Terrasse liegt auf der vom Wind abgewandten Seite und ist daher fast immer nutzbar.

Neu jetzt gibt es hier auch einen beheizten Gemeinschafts -Pool mit windgeschützten Sonnenliegeflächen und einen großen, überdachten Grillplatz mit gemütlichem Ambiente!

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem französischen Doppelbett von 1,60m x 2 m. Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit Holzdielen und Dachfenstern ausgestattet. Platz für ein Kinderbett ist ebenfalls, dies steht auf Wunsch kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Im Wohnzimmer steht ein bequemes Sofa.

Die Küche ist komplett mit allem für Selbstversorger ausgestattet. Außerdem steht ein Highspeed- Internetanschluss kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Für kühlere Tage wird ein Ofen zur Verfügung gestellt, die Benutzung wird extra berechnet.

Diese Ferienwohnung eignet sich für Wanderer und Menschen, welche Ruhe und Erholung suchen.

Auf der Finca herrscht das ganze Jahr über ein mildes Klima, selbst im Sommer wird es nicht zu heiß, dafür sorgt eine angenehme Brise des Passatwindes.

Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und leckere Restaurants.

Ebenfalls kommt man von der Finca aus schnell an die Atlantikküste.
