Spectacular luxury house of 520m2 on a plot of 1600m2 located in Los Realejos, with a capacity of up to 13 people



Private pool that can be heated for a surcharge, jacuzzi, and sauna, pool table, and ping pong table. High-speed internet, also available in the garden/pool area.


The house, built-in 1950 and renovated in 2009, has been expanded and completely renovated in the summer of 2015, with additional improvements in May 2020. It combines traditional charm with modern and bright touches, such as wooden floors and high-quality stucco. With a total area of 523 m2, all rooms are spacious.


The main entrance leads to a modern fully equipped kitchen, with new and modern appliances, such as a large refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. In addition, there is a well-equipped gym and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. A long hallway leads to the 18 m2 dining room with a modern dining table and one of the spacious living rooms of 40 m2. This room features satellite TV and Netflix and is furnished with modern furniture, providing a contemporary touch. From this room, there is access to a new bedroom with a double bed and direct views of the garden. There is also a smaller space of 19 m2 with a pool table, a modern bathroom with a shower, and another bedroom of almost 20 m2 with satellite TV, double bed, optional additional single bed, and a spacious wardrobe, also with garden views.


The first floor is accessed via a wide wooden staircase, where 4 large bedrooms are located. The master bedroom, 30 m2, features a large double bed, 3 large wardrobes, a jewelry cabinet, and a mirror, as well as satellite TV. From here, there is direct access to the terrace, where there is a jacuzzi and a sauna always ready to use. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and another 18 m2 bedroom with 2 single beds.


The next bedroom is a spacious family bedroom, with a main room with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and another room with 2 single beds that can be used as a children's room or by adults, as there is an intermediate door. With a total size of 44 m2, this room offers enough space for everyone and a wonderful view of the garden.






In the spectacular garden, there is a large 5 x 10-meter pool. The subtropical garden is home to many bird species, creating a charming atmosphere. It features a lawn, a large terrace, tropical palm trees, birds, and a variety of flowers.


The garage has space for two cars, and there is an additional parking space available on the property.


At the top of the house, a terrace offers stunning panoramic views of Mount Teide, the Orotava Valley, and the vast Atlantic Ocean. For those who enjoy friendly competition, there is also a ping pong table available.
