In the heart of the Allgäu, between mountains and lakes, lies Oyer Ferienhaus. The bungalow is idyllically situated on the outskirts of the village with a view of cows and hills. The train station, butcher, baker, beverage shop and supermarket are within walking distance. The Oy holiday home is less than five minutes from the A7 motorway, Oy-Mittelberg exit.

The house is situated in a silent area. It has 92 square metres of living space; no stairs. It is divided into three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining & living area, two bathrooms, a conservatory and a sun terrace. You have 3 parking spots next to the house.

No smoking in the house, but theres is place outside, where you can smoke.

The beds have 2 x 2 metres. There is almost everything in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer are included in the bathrooms. Have a look on the pictures.

Conditions:

Payment shall be made in advance by bank transfer.
If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely without naming a new tenant who will fulfil the contract under the same conditions, the following costs are to be paid as compensation.

• Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
• Up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
• Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
• Later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

Cancellation must be made in writing; the date of delivery of the cancellation to the landlord is decisive. If the landlord cancels the stay prematurely, the entire rental price must be paid.

Arrival is possible from 15:00.
Departure is possible until 10:00 am. The flat should be left broom-clean.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.

The keys are handed over in a key safe.

Pets are not allowed.

A baby cot (up to 3 years) can be provided on request (free of charge).

A visitor's tax of 1,80€ per person/night is payable on site.

A deposit of 200€ is due in advance by bank transfer and will be refunded after departure, after cleaning and inspection of the rooms by bank transfer.

The price includes final cleaning, 2-3 in-house parking spaces, WLAN use, towels and bed linen.
