In the middle of the old town of Assingshausen stands the monumental Rosenhaus, a municipal monument from 1905. It was once the mayor's residence. Today a beautiful, spacious, lovingly furnished family holiday home of 195 m2 on two floors for up to 8 people. From the house you have a view of ancient half-timbered houses. There are 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with dining room and a living room with TV and reading area. There is a large, sunny garden with a table for about 10 people. The house and garden are child-friendly. There is parking for 2 cars. A small supermarket with fresh bread rolls and meat is a two-minute walk from the Rosenhaus. In the same street you will find a traditional German restaurant with a beer garden. Enjoy all seasons for families, friends, nature lovers, sports enthusiasts and cultural groups. The house is non-smoking. WiFi is available throughout the house. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome. Duvets, duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases are provided. Please bring your own towels and kitchen linen. The heating costs are charged separately.
