Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment "Edelsberg".

From the south-facing balcony, you have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the Edelsberg, the namesake, and the Freyberg and Eisenberg ruins. Unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.

You can start numerous hikes or bike tours right from the apartment. You can quickly reach many other excursion options by car, such as mountain railways, indoor pools, forest ropes courses, Neuschwanstein Castle and much more.

We offer our guests a self-contained, comfortable and fully furnished apartment. Our little guests can expect an in-house playground, pedal tractors, table tennis, trampoline, climbing wall and much more. A special highlight is always the ride on our vintage tractor.

The comfortable and lovingly furnished apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the upper floor. It has two bedrooms (a double room and a triple room) with a south-facing balcony, a spacious living room/kitchen and a shower/toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment (3*), kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Hand and bath towels are in the booked number of people in the apartment.

Living area with comfortable sofa and TV.

In the outdoor area you will find various seating areas where you can end the day comfortably.

If canceled up to 60 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. Later cancellations will be charged with up to 80% of the total price.

A deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Please pay the remaining amount 14 days before arrival.

Arrival from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Departure by 9 a.m. Different times are possible by arrangement

Pets are not allowed

Baby cot and high chair available on request free of charge

Tourist tax: €1.60 per adult; €0.60 per child (6-15 years)

Bed linen can be booked on request. Hand and shower towels are provided in the flat.
