This villa is situated in the village of Ydroussa in the island of Samos, surrounded by forest and vineyards and overlooks the beach of Karlovasi.
It has a very nice outdoor area with a private swimming pool and a nice sea view. This is the place you are going to spend almost all of your time. Whether you want to lay down on the sun lounger and get some tan or read your book by the pool, the villa offers you privacy and relaxation to do it all. There is also one open and one covered terrace next to the pool where you can enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner with your family.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The 3rd bedroom is right after the kitchen and you may enter it from the door in the kitchen.
The closest town from the villa is Karlovasi where you can find everything you really need: a variety of restaurants to taste the local cuisine, coffee shops, bars and a shopping area.
There are also plenty of possibilities for swimming. The beaches of Potami, Mikro Seitani and Megalo Seitani are highly suggested.
Samos is also a well-known island for its archaeological sites (the great mathematician Pythagoras lived here) scattered all over the island. Finally for those who enjoy hiking, Samos has a lot of natural path trails for all kind of hikers.
Pets are not allowed: Please not that pets are not allowed in this property, however, we cannot guaranty an allergy free property.
