Machen Sie Urlaub in der schönsten Gegend Deutschlands / im Allgäu und zwar in Nesselwang.



Die 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen (ca. 45m²) und liegt in ruhiger, sonniger Lage. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Südwestbalkon. Das Wohnzimmer mit integrierter, offener Küche wurde mit einer Schlafcouch, Flachbild-TV und Essbereich ausgesttatet. Neben Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr wurde die Küche komplett mit Herd/Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank (mit Gefrierfach), Wasserkocher und Toaster ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer wartet ein Doppelbett und ein großzügiger Kleiderschrank für Ihre Reisegarderobe auf Sie. Zusätzlich können 2 Matratzen auf den Boden gelegt werden. Das Tageslicht-Badezimmer mit Badewanne (+ Dusche), WC, Waschbecken, Spiegelschrank, Föhn ist selbstverständlich ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein kleiner Flur mit Garderobe bietet Platz für Schuhe und Jacken. Weiterhin können Sie die Vorteile des SAT-TV und Radio, CD-Spieler und kostenfreies Internet (WLAN) genießen. Ein Babyreisebett sowie ein Hochstuhl sind zusätzlich nutzbar.



Vor dem Wohnzimmer finden Sie einen schönen Balkon in Süd/Westlage mit freiem Blick auf die Berge. Ein Tisch, Stühle und Elektrogrill sind vorhanden. Einen PKW Stellplatz finden Sie direkt am Haus. Ein Fahrrad- und Skikeller ist ebenfalls im Haus vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine (gegen Gebühr) sowie ein Trockenraum können außerdem genutzt werden.



Sie erhalten die NesselwangCard-Gästekarte – damit profitieren Sie von vielen vergünstigten und kostenlosen Leistungen wie Führungen, Veranstaltungen, und Eintritte für Bergbahnen und Bäder. Bettwäsche (Laken und Bezüge) samt Hand- und Geschirrtücher bringen Gäste selbst mit. Die Wohnung ist mit Bettdecken (135x200cm) und Kopfkissen (80x80cm) für 4 Personen ausgestattet.

Wandern und klettern in den Bergen oder baden in einem der vielen umliegenden Seen. Besuchen Sie die berühmten Schlösser Neuschwanstein und Hohenschwangau, oder die Altstadt von Füssen. Erkunden Sie die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad oder entspannen Sie im Alpspitz Erlebisbad mit mehreren Pools, Saunen und einem Natursee. Kinder freuen sich an der langen Sommerrodelbahn und Minigolfanlage direkt in Nesselwang. Golfer genießen die Panoramablick-Alpenseehof-Golfanlage ganz in der Nähe. Wintersportler schätzen die Abfahrten im Familienskigebiet mit Skischule, Freestyler-Snowpark und Flutlichtskifahren. Auch Langläufer finden ein riesiges Streckennetz mit Loipen für klassische und Skating-Technik.     “Die wohnung liegt sehr gut.Für uns war die Ruhe dort sehr erholsam.Wir haben es sehr genossen.Es war alles sehr sauber und es war da, was man bräuchte.Völlig okay.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.”

    “Very comfortable apartment for exploring the beautiful Allgäu mountain area. We have stayed in this apartment for the last 4 years for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Mattresses are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, good location. We fit comfortably with 2 adults and 2 children (on the extra floor mattresses provided). There was even space for grandma on sofa bed in the living room. The cleaning of the apartment is now done professionally.”

    “Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Rande des Ortes. Trotzdem ist der Ortskern mit seinen vielen gastronomischen Leckereien in 10 Minuten erreicht. Leider waren zu unserem Mietzeitraum noch "Annehmlichkeiten" wie Waschmaschine, Pool, Mikrowelle, Internet usw angegeben. All diese Dinge gab es jedoch nicht und wurden erst nach mehrfacher Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter aus der Beschreibung herausgenommen. Zudem war die Wohnung in einem sehr unordentlichen Zustand und es bedurfte unsererseits erst einer Grundreinigung. Und das nicht weil wir extrem pingelig wären sondern es klebte. Auch das Doppelbett ist unzumutbar! Die Matratzen haben große Flecken und hängen extrem durch! Außerdem fehlte es an einer ordentlichen Übergabe. Die festen Mieter im Haus waren zudem sehr laut, was die Benutzung des Balkons unattraktiv machte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die guten Angebote des Touristikbüros. Nesselwang ist eine Reise wert und wir werden wiederkommen. Allerdings nicht in diese Wohnung.”

Ich entschuldige mich noch einmal ausdrücklich für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und versichere Ihnen, dass wir unser Angebot künftig besser organisieren werden.
