Sunset View is a beautiful 110 square meter villa located just steps away from the magnificent crystal-clear waters of the sandy beach of Plakias, with its myriad tourist attractions and famous nightlife. The villa has a 2-story layout. Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you'll find a twin bedroom and a shower/WC, as well as a kitchenette. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms, 2 showers/WC (one en-suite in one of the bedrooms), a large living room, a satellite TV, sofas, and an open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen.
