Charming Holiday House in Cala D'or with L-Shaped Terrace

Four bedroom villa with private pool to rent in Cala D'Or, Mallorca. At a short walk from the villa is the marina with stylish restaurants, bars, boutiques and a small supermarket. Cala D'Or centre with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and leiuse is 1.2km. away. The villa Cala Dia is semi-detached with the villa Cala Nit, wich is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want to book the two as a pair or individual villa.

Semi detached-villa with three floors. From the front of the house 5 steps lead down to the entrance of the villa, which opens to the street level floor (middle floor). On this level there is an open lounge dining area with access to the terrace. Kitchen, utility room are accessed from the dining area. Guest toilett. From here steps to the first floor lead to a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. This bedroom has acces to two terraces.From the entrance level, steps down to the lower floor where there is a double room with en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom. All these bedrooms have access to the pool terrace.
