Reservations of the guest are binding upon confirmation of the host for guest and host. From a rental period of 3 days, a deposit is due. The deposit is limited to a maximum of 25% of the rental price. The balance is due on the day of arrival and can be paid in cash or with a girocard. All prices in the price list are inclusive of the applicable sales tax.
