Holiday home in a quiet location, suitable for families with children

The holiday home built in 1967, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Sukošan. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.

    “Grundsätzlich ist das Haus in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand und auch weiter zu empfehlen. Bei 6 Personen wäre für 2 Leute die Schlafmöglichkeit nur im Wohnzimmer mit angrenzend offener Küche möglich. Ich persönlich würde es nicht so gut finden als Frühaufsteher. Für 4 Personen aus meiner Sicht sehr angenehm.”
