The property is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma.
This large villa consists of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, which allows 13 guests to be accommodated in total comfort. In the interior of the chalet we find a large and bright living room with fireplace and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch TV or just spend time in the company of a good book. In the dining room you can taste delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen that you have at your disposal. The property also has internet connection and all the amenities for your enjoyment.
Outside there are two terraces, one of them with solarium, rest and rest area. From the top of the property you enjoy a privileged view of the sea. Also, on the terrace on the ground floor there are hammocks to rest, relax and enjoy the sun. The villa has outdoor furniture always ready to enjoy delicious meats made on the barbecue accompanied by a good glass of wine, each summer afternoon will be a pleasure surrounded by family and friends.
This villa features a large bank tool for maintenance and to fix competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa.
Public transport: There is a bus stop (line 23 and 520) less than 250 meters from the house, from there with line 520 Palma city center is just 25 minutes journey. A 9 minute walk is the Yacht Club you will find the following lines: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in three bedrooms and in the living room, when necessary fans will be provided to guests. There is no central heating but all air conditioners have heat pump mode.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
