The apartment is part of the Blitz residential complex, which features a beautiful swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) surrounded by a large garden and a solarium, where each resident is assigned a designated area. A communal barbecue is available for guests.
The apartment has a new kitchenette, separated from the living area, and is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and electric oven. A toaster and a German-style coffee machine are also provided. The living area features a large dining table for family meals and a comfortable sofa with two single beds, suitable for accommodating two guests. The living area overlooks the communal garden, which can be partially used for outdoor dining, furnished with a table and four chairs.
The spacious master bedroom includes a wardrobe and a safe. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower cabin. Guests can enjoy satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
A covered parking space in the garage completes the property. Small pets are allowed upon request. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
