Here you can comfortably have breakfast outside, and the charcoal grill will give you many unforgettable barbecue evenings. There is also a guest toilet on the first floor and a bathroom with shower in the garden. The house is hot/cold fully air-conditioned, so it is pleasantly habitable even in winter. Due to the thick walls and the permanent gentle sea breeze, the air-conditioning is hardly needed in summer, and the house has a very pleasant living climate.
