Via the outside stairs you arrrive in the hallway with internal stairs, upstairs takes you into the living-dining area with sofa, rustic oven, an open attic with a low sleeping gallery [sleeps 4], and the living-kitchen and the bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living area you have access to the large, partially covered terrace with a BBQ on the lake side. From the hallway and down the stairs takes you into the ground floor/basement level with two double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, sink and washing machine. Further down the hall you have access to a little garden with lake view. The apartment has modern facilities with condominium comfort: satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and WIFI Internet connection. The vineyard homestead is distinguished by its particularly warm and sunny position as a year round residence and has central heating. Most apartments have a fireplace or wood stove. Firewood is available and charged at cost price. A table tennis table and board games can be found in the tavern in the main building. In the rustic "Cantina" area house wines and specialties of the region are offered and at special request the local baker will deliver fresh bread to the house in the morning. The general recreation area offers a breathtaking view of the lake , a lovely pool [7 x 3.5m], sun terrace with sun loungers, patio , barbecue and pizza oven. The younger guests can enjoy the gold fish pond, guinea pigs, dwarf rabbits and the chickens. The stunning location of Casa Rina will inspire you to go walking, hiking or biking, all possible directly from the home. Mobile, without the car - a footpath leads to Gravedona and willtake about 15 - 20 mins. Gravedona has a beautiful waterfront promenade with many shops, attractive restaurants, bars and cafes. From the boat dock you have links to places around the lake. By car Gravedona takes 3-4 minutes. Parking is available above the property. The vineyard farmstead Casa Rina is from 1724 and consists of four buildings with eight individual apartments, some partially renovated and some completely rebuilt in the original style. The property is located at about 200 m above the lake on a sunny terrace amid vineyards and former stone houses in Lombardian style. In the neighbourhood is a small waterfall. The special, quiet location with Riviera-like climate offers a fantastic panoramic view of the lake. The former landowners have erected a Madonna-chapel in the grounds which is still preserved in its original condition.

    Het Kingsize bed ligt vlak onder de zoldering en hier kan een volwassene niet recht staan.
    Het is in bed kruipen. De douche naast de living is te krap voor een volwassene.
    Er is geen zonnewering voor de living voorzien.
    Dit appartement is TE KRAP voor 8 personen. Airco in de living is ten zeerste aan te bevelen.

    Geen ontvangst op de dag van aankomst, wel de volgende dag.

    Broodjes zijn te bestellen, maar liefst iedere dag dezelfde hoeveelheden. NIET FLEXIBEL.
    Het is beter om zelf brood te kopen - veel lekkerder.

    “Unser Haus, Nummer F, war sehr schön. Komplett eingerichtet, ein herrlicher Ausblick, ein schöner Pool zur Erfrischung und so viel Ruhe. Alle haben sich rührend um unsere Belange gekümmert, morgens waren die Brötchen gebracht und eventuelle Nachfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.
    Das Haus besteht aus drei Stockwerken und wir alle wollten unten im Keller in den Doppelzimmern schlafen, da es oben, unter dem Dach zwar sehr romatisch, aber auch etwas warm und eng war. Für vier Personen ist das Haus perfekt. Eventuell können kleiner Kinder viel Spaß unter dem Dach haben.
    Von dort kann man gleich loswandern in einer wunderschönen Landschaft.
    Zum Ort braucht man etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß, allerdings ist es recht steil und man braucht gutes Schuhwerk. Dort findet man mehrere gut sortierte Supermärkte, einen kleinen Hafen und Restaurants. Viel mehr bietet der Ort nicht.
    Es war eine sehr erholsame Zeit, vielen Dank.”
