Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich am Stadtrand von Güstrow am Ortseingang aus Richtung Schwerin kommend in verkehrsgünstiger Lage. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufsmarkt. Die Landschaft ist seenreich mit guten bis sehr guten Bade- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten.


Zwei separate Ferienwohnungen. Ferienwohnung Erdgeschoss - separater Eingang, Küche im Landhausstil, 2004 neu eingerichtet, eine Treppe führt in den kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafbereich und das Bad mit Dusche und WC, Fußboden in der gesamten Ferienwohnung gefliest, von der Küche Ausgang zur Terrasse mit Sitzecke und Grillmöglichkeit. Ferienwohnung Dachgeschoss - 2. Etage, Frühjahr 2006 frisch renoviert - neuer Fußbodenbelag. Wohnbereich verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafraum, offene Küche, Bad mit Badewanne und WC, Hems mit Doppelbettcouch, Eßecke, begehbarer Kleiderschrank - helle und freundliche Ausstattung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inklusive.Frühstück auf Anfrage.
