Villa Darinka is located in an attractive neighborhood in SW Cape Coral, between Chiquita and Surfside Blvd. This inviting vacation home impresses with its remarkably spacious floor plan and tasteful interior design, which adds a timeless note. Comfort is spelled with a capital „C“ here.
The first floor includes a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as three bedrooms and two baths, one of which serves as a pool bath. Two of the bedrooms have sliders leading out to the patio and backyard, respectively. On the upper floor, a large game room is set up. Lounge on the comfy sofa while watching TV, play foosball, use the X-Box One or play a traditional board game with your family.
The home is situated on a canal and offers a beautiful view across the water. The pool area faces south and receives lots of sunshine. Four lounge chairs are already standing by. On the covered patio, you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the shade or grill something tasty at night. The pool has an electric heater so that even on cooler days – which are somewhat rare in Florida – the water temperature is warm. Villa Darinka is a place for leisure and relaxation, where you’ll feel welcome from the first moment on.
