Semi-detached house "Rügenperle", built in 2016. 400 m from the centre of Altefähr, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Stralsund, 15 km from the centre of Bergen auf Rügen, 500 m from the sea. Private: property 250 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house. Shop 400 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 12 km. The owner only accepts bookings for touristic reasons (no businesses/ companies etc.).
