The beautiful Villa Faisan, perfect for a couple or small family of up to 4 guests, is uniquely set within walking ditance to Puerto Pollensa, in one of the most sought after locations of the area. The room is light and airy, is furnished in the traditional Mallorcan style and is divided in half by a traditional stone archway. From both areas, large French doors open out to a huge covered terrace, facing the pool area. It is paved on all sides and offers unobstructed views. Off the lounge/dining room there is a fully fitted, American style kitchen with pantry. There is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom and both share a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, the large covered terrace leads to an open terrace, complete with a beautiful barbecue area and an exterior shower room. The large private pool surrounded by mature gardens and fruit trees, perfect to enjoy the truly Mallorcan atmosphere and nature!
