Dies ist eine freistehende Finca in Privatbesitz, die auf einem über 1.000 m² großen Hanggrundstück oberhalb der traumhaften Bucht von La Herradura erbaut wurde. Umgeben von einem wunderschönen Garten mit blühenden Bougainvilleas, Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen können Sie von allen Räumen sowie der riesigen Terrasse den atemberaubenden Blick auf das tiefblaue Mittelmeer und das beschauliche Dorf La Herradura genießen. Im Haus finden Sie zwei Schlafräume für jeweils 2 Personen (+ ggf. 1-2 Kinder), 2 Bäder, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie einen großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit offenem Kamin vor.

Das Meer und die Strände von La Herradura befinden sich in Sichtweite und sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In La Herradura finden Sie vom Bäcker bis zum Supermarkt und hübschen Restaurants an der Strandpromenade alles, was Sie zum täglichen Leben brauchen. In La Herradura gibt es weder die sonst leider so verbreitete Hochhausbebauung noch Massentourismus wie an vielen anderen Abschnitten der Costa del Sol. Zahlreiche weitere Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich z.B. in der quirligen Altstadt des benachbarten Almunecar, einer der ältesten Städte Spaniens. Aber auch die pulsierende Großstadt Malaga mit ihrem Picasso-Museum und das für seine Altstadt und die Alhambra bekannte Granada sind nur etwa 70 km entfernt und leicht erreichbar. Hier befinden sich auch die beiden nächstgelegenen internationalen Flughäfen, die von verschiedenen europäischen Fluglinien (auch günstigen Ferienfliegern) von allen möglichen deutschen Flughäfen aus angeflogen werden.

    “Good view and quiet place , but one of the worst thing of all are the ants, they are everywhere, dish washer, plates and cups, all draws even in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. We couldn't leave food anywhere else but the fridge. The other thing is the sofas in the living room, they wore so dirty that we didn't sit there trough the all holiday of 10 days. Old leather sofas witch are not being cleaned from probably years. The owner send a cleaner on the second day of our holiday after we told him that the house was not cleaned properly but she said she can't do anything about the furniture. We didn't have hot water for the first 3 days because of a problem of the gas boiler witch was fixed later , and in the bigger bathroom the shower was running through the all time. After many attempts I manage to reduce it to dripping but it was very annoying to here it all the time , and on top of that I will be charged for water and electricity. The owner said that before we came it was fixed , apparently not very well !?The garden is nice and it has lemons and mango that are ready to pick.     “Huset er dejligt beliggende med store terrasser med smuk udsigt til La Herradura og havet.
    Huset
    Huset er rummeligt og velfungerende, med gode værelser. Dog fungerede safety boksen ikke og tv i stuen og soveværelse kunne vi ikke få til at fungere. Dette udstyr, samt radio/cd afspiller burde opdateres.
    Det tager ca 45 minutter at gå ned til byen/ stranden og der er et par små supermarkeder og flere restauranter.
    Fuld valuta for pengene.
    Kommer gerne igen.”
