The cottage awaits you with a view of the sea from the garden. It is also nicely located at the end of the street and on the property, which is also occupied by the owner in a separate house. Open space between the kitchen and living room and large windows overlooking the sea. Beautiful nature around the house and down to the sea, in front of which are extensive beach meadows. A real idyll on the east side of Öland. Öland's animal and amusement park is a great destination for children's families, and the castles of Borgholm and Solliden are also worth a visit. On Öland are well-known, long sandy beaches.

    “Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen, das die Vermieterin wirklich heimelig gestaltet hat. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und einwandfrei sauber. Der gemütliche Garten lädt zum Sitzen im Freien ein - mit unmittelbarem Blick aufs Meer, ebenso wie aus dem großen Wohnzimmerfenster. Zur richtigen Jahreszeit gibt es Äpfel frisch vom Baum gratis dazu. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und wohnt in der Regel im Nachbarhaus, ist also immer ansprechbar. Zwei Fahrräder stehen für die Feriengäste ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
    Allerdings ist das Häuschen nur geeignet für Urlauber, die die Abgeschiedenheit suchen - wenn die Vermieterin nicht da ist, ist das nächste dauernd bewohnte Haus ca. 1,5 km entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft liegt nur ein Ferienhaus, das aber bislang ausschließlich von der Besitzerfamilie selbst benutzt wird, also auch eher selten bewohnt ist. Für unsere Wünsche ideal, für Menschen, die sich allein leicht fürchten, vielleicht eher nichts.”

    “Het is een heerlijk huis om in te verblijven. De houten vloer en de kachel maken de woning extra gezellig. De keuken en het sanitair zijn prima in orde.
    Het uitzicht op zee is prachtig.
    Het is een zeer rustige omgeving. Zwemwater is op loopafstand.
    De eigenaresse, die op het terrein woont, is heel gastvrij en behulpzaam.”
