There is a parking space on site. By the bedroom there is a big door leading outside with a table and chair, e.g. for pets or smokers. There is no view of the lake from here.
The impressive entrance area of the listed building provides access to the apartment with its exclusive and comfortable interior, as well as a unique ambience and selected designer items. All the rooms feature modern art paintings. The high-quality amenities include two TV sets (bedroom and living room), a DVD player and a DVD collection for rainy days, as well as free Wi-Fi.
On hot days, the lake Tegernsee invites you to take a dip. The jetty is right opposite our building and invites you to sunbathe and swim. It is a short walk to many cultural, gastronomic and wellness amenities, as well as the boat jetty for trips around the lake. The nearest outdoor pool, Monte Mare, is just 300 metres away. In winter it has a lakeside sauna, so you can cool off in the lake afterwards.
We welcome dogs and children. A cot and highchair are available.
